Thanks to the coaching session with Giulia, I understood which companies to focus on and especially how to use my strengths to my advantage. I wanted to delve into Personal Branding to optimize my cv, understand how a selection process worked and what are the methods to get noticed at hr. Giulia was very clear and kind, gave me the right advice in terms of keywords to use and also helped me on how to answer some fateful and ritual questions during an acquaintance interview would be a good way to get started with the job search, to figure out what qualities you want to make most turn out and especially what you would most like to do with your professional career.

Career Coaching is a goal-oriented and client-centered profession that aims to empower individuals and help them achieve their personal and professional goals. It is a collaborative and supportive process that focuses on personal development, self-improvement, and positive change.

While therapy focus on addressing mental health issues and emotional healing, coaching primarily concentrate on the present and future, engaging the client in (a precise number of) coaching sessions to work towards their goals and aspirations.

The length of a coaching relationship always aligns with the client’s specific goals and desired outcomes. Some clients may seek short-term coaching to address a specific issue or achieve a particular goal while others could prefer the medium-term category, lasting several months to a year. In any case, the duration of the coaching relationship is always decided and agreed on before starting.

I totally agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior established by the International Coach Federation (ICF). 

Therefore, our coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics.


I’m an ICF ACC Coach and I have completed my training as an Erickson Accredited Coach (EAC) by attending “The Art & Science of Coaching” program by Erickson Coaching International.

I do offer you a 20-min Discovery Call to help you understand what coaching is and how you can beneficiate from it.
We will then step into action with individual coaching sessions or goal-oriented programs.
