What is coaching?
Coaching is a goal-oriented and client-centered profession that aims to empower individuals and help them achieve their personal and professional goals. It is a collaborative and supportive process that focuses on personal development, self-improvement, and positive change.
How is it different from therapy or counseling?
While therapy focus on addressing mental health issues and emotional healing, life coaching primarily concentrate on the present and future, engaging the client in (a precise number of) coaching sessions to work towards their goals and aspirations.
What is your coaching approach or philosophy?

Life is full of noise – societal expectations, career pressures, family responsibilities, and personal doubts. It’s no wonder that so many of us find it challenging to hear our own inner voice amidst this cacophony. But your inner voice, your true self, holds the key to your happiness and fulfillment. As your life coach, my mission is to guide you through the process of self-discovery. Together, we’ll embark on a journey to unearth your passions, values, and aspirations.

How long does a coaching relationship typically last?
The length of a coaching relationship always aligns with the client’s specific goals and desired outcomes. Some clients may seek short-term coaching to address a specific issue or achieve a particular goal while others could prefer the medium-term category, lasting several months to a year. In any case, the duration of the coaching relationship is always decided and agreed on before starting.
Is coaching confidential?
I totally agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior established by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Therefore, our coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics.
What qualifications and certifications do you have as a life coach?
I’m an ICF member and I have completed my training as an Erickson Accredited Coach (EAC) by attending “The Art & Science of Coaching” program by Erickson Coaching International.
Do you offer a free initial consultation?
I do offer you a 30-min Discovery Call to help you understand what coaching is and how you can beneficiate from it.
We will then step into action with a 45-Minutes Free Complimentary Session. Both of them are free.
